Ibragimov Talgat Saduakasovich, PhD in biology, associate professor. Born September 26, 1964 in the village of Dermene, Arys district, South Kazakhstan region. In 1987-1992, he graduated from the Kazakh State University named after Al-Farabi, Faculty of Biology, specializing in geobotany. In the same year, at the invitation of the Kazakh Research Institute of Karakul Sheep Breeding, he was accepted as a senior researcher in the laboratory of remote sensing of pastures in the department of pastures and forage production. From 1992 to 2011, he worked as a leading researcher in the department of pastures and forage production. In 2006, he defended his PhD thesis on the topic "The influence of anthropogenic factors on pasture plants of South-Eastern Kyzylkum" and received a PhD in Biology. From 2011 to 2018, he held the position of head of the pasture and forage production department. From 2018 to 2021, he worked at the South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University as a senior lecturer, professor of the university, which was subsequently transferred to Silkway International University. From 2021 to 2024, he worked as an associate professor in the Department of Biology and Geography at the South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov. List of taught disciplines: "Fundamentals of biogeography and geobotany", "Bioresources of Kazakhstan", "Organization and planning of scientific research", "Actual problems of modern biology", "Scientific achievements in the field of biology in recent years", "Biodiversity and protection of the animal world of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Protected areas in Kazakhstan". Since September 2024, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Biodiversity and Bioresources, Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi. Bachelor's degree courses: "Biodiversity of animals and plants", "Morphology and anatomy of plants". Main areas of scientific research: "Geobotany", "Plant systematics", "Botany", "Biodiversity of plants and animals", "Medicinal plants", "Morphology and anatomy of plants". Ibragimov T.S. carries out scientific supervision of bachelor's degree graduates and doctoral studies.
